Matar’s Flagship noble varietal blend made in the Northwest Golan Heights from northern vineyards. Highly talented construction. Try it in contrast to some blends from the Judean Hills terroir such as Shiloh Mosaic. (Link here to blog on Israeli Terroir and varietals, or maybe I just say it here.) Can still cellar nicely, but integrated now and ready to drink with decanting.
