Shiloh’s flagship noble varietal blend. High quality sophisticated wine from what many winemakers in Israel are calling an “epic vintage.” This wine is approachable with decanting, but is still quite young. Shiloh is an outstanding winery in the west bank using grapes grown mostly in nearby Judean hills limestone soils. Shiloh was the epicenter of Jewish religiosity in the era before the first temple when the tabernacle stood here for several hundred years. There are numerous wine making artifacts that have been discovered nearby. Nearly all of their wines are worth a taste, and it is well worth supporting such courageous wine makers.
